Fp black is a 68lb/min turbo if that's what your looking for. I don't have my laptop so I'm not sure if this is something you can log.

Is it possible to run the rewire without a tune? Probably just be dumping a lot of fuel for that week before I get tuned right? Was looking to run my 1680 and rewire on pump before I can get tuned.

1680cc injectors? If you can at least set the scalings and latency in the ecu, otherwise I'd just wait till you can be tuned before installing them.

But as far as the rewire yes you can, you will be running pig rich but it is possible. Just wouldn't get into boost that much. Is it a 255fp?

Btw, very nice write up wizzo!

I wouldn't drive with the new injectors. Rewire yes you can but it will be running rich. When I did my rewire I drove it for about a week before I got a fuel pressure regulator to set the fuel pressure. It didn't run very well for that week.

Thanks nytalonTsi

Great write up. How did you guys run your power wire from the engine bay? After debating several furewall options I opted to run mine along the ECU harness through the fenderwell, into the ECU/kick panel area. Bless for all the space they left on the door sills for wires like this. I couldn't take pics because my GF had the camera tonight. In the future I will probably build a new wire loom for all the wires to run through the chassis tube inside fender well.

I ran mine on the drivers side behind the fender, into the car, and then under the carpet by the door sills. Mine is still working great without any problems.

Finished all the steps carefully and my pump won't turn on now. I'm supposed to leave the two skinny black wires alone right? I checked the power wire, fuse, ground, connections, it's all right. I soldered them all according to the instructions but it just wont prime now. I'm not sure what to do.

Oh yeah, and I LOVE the fuel pump assembly retainer ring and how easily it comes in and out of the hole in the chassis (sarcasm). That has to be the single most retarded part of the Evo. What a PITA. Waste of time and effort.

Yes leave the 2 skinny black wires alone. If I remember correctly those are for the level sensor. Did you take the fuel pump assembly out? To do the rewire that is not necessary. Can you possibly post a picture of your wiring? It should work unless your year Evo has different wire colors which it shouldn't.
