and

are the two control motors you need. you'll also need the harness for the plugs and such though

Doing that now
You'll need the same standard double-din trim that you'd otherwise use, as well as a radio relocate kit for the bottom
the nice part about the electronic stuff is that it just plugs in, so you just move the plugs to the lower potion
the Evo 7 has this interior:
and the Evo 9 has this interior:
note the climate control difference. the units are the same, one is molded into the upper unit and one is a single-din size that can move around easier

Someone should just offer this as a kit lol I'd pay!
This guide seems to imply an AC bleed/recharge is needed. Did you need to do this when you did it?

I'm still collecting parts. I'll try to record a video log. Maybe we CAN make a kit for this O_o It's really easy on paper. Alot easier than the Mirage version of the HVAC Swap lol

A parts kit would be easy to make, it's everything I have listed above. The issue is sourcing those parts when you live in the US. There are people on Russian forums who sell kits from wrecked cars probably once a month with all the parts you need, but you still need to be savvy with wiring to get the whole thing working. I'll be taking my dash out again sometime in the future to cut the USDM connectors out and permanently attach in the harnesses for the electronic stuff, never going back to cables after having this

That's not for our car. It MAY work, but no guarantee

This is for a RHD car. notice it's missing the metal mounting bracket that the below one has and is needed for LHD cars
http://www.ebay.com/itm/321451428701
This is correct and for a LHD car, however it doesn't include the rod that connects to the airbox like the other two (above and below links) do
http://www.ebay.com/itm/301943360545
this is the same link as linked two above and is for a RHD car, notice the missing metal mounting bracket
http://www.ebay.com/itm/301943363016
also for a RHD car, but is the correct other motor you need. missing the metal mounting bracket that the LHD cars need
http://www.ebay.com/itm/132097817847
this is the correct blower motor
http://www.ebay.com/itm/262721320892
this will work fine. the evoX temp sensor also works fine and makes these easy to source
Using ebay.de (germany is LHD, so is Sweden) I found it best to search using the german terms and exact part numbers
