Tanabe Seven Coilover Systems - 3 in stock and ready to ship!
Hello EvoM!
A Spec (now an official Tanabe distrubutor) has teamed up with Tanabe Racing Development to bring you guys one of the hottest suspension options for your Evo!
The Sustec Pro Seven is one of the most anticipated coilover systems the industry has seen. Unlike Tanabe's other systems, the new Seven uses a unique slide valve technology to control dampening. The new slide valve technology allows a great range of adjustability and function from both sides of the performance spectrum. (comfort to pure competitive motorsports use). Unlike most other systems that employ a needle, or rotary valve, the slide valve allows a LARGE degree of adjustability. All this translates into a difference you can feel with each click.
Here are the highlights of the new Tanabe Seven:
- Competition Spec PRO210 Race Spring
- Case Length & Preload Adjustment, 12 way Dampening Adjustable (16 way with TEAS)
- Ultra Heavy Duty Construction
- Reinforced Shock Piston, Reinforced Valving
- Durable Spring Seat & Lock Nut
- Solid Pillow Ball Upper Mounts Included
- Compatible with TEAS (Tanabe Electric Active Suspension)
Two Different Versions!
In addition, Tanabe also has 2 different versions of the Sevens. One is the standard version with spring rates of 12(f) & 10(r) kgmm spring rates, and the other is the "hard driving" version with a 14(f) & 12(r) kgmm rates. HARD DRIVING version is for the highest level of suspension performance and motorsports, and includes higher spring rates that are ideal for exploiting the smoothly paved surfaces of a race course for maximum grip , stability, and agility.
Check em out!
TEAS (Tanabe Electronic Active Suspension)
Also available is Tanabe's new electronic dampening force controller. Similar to the EDFC, Tanabe's TEAS works to adjust the dampening on the fly from within the car. The real difference comes with the fact that the TEAS is able to adjust dampening AUTOMATICALLY, depending on various factors such as speed etc.
Anyhow, we have 3 sets available. 2 normal and 1 HARD DRIVING versions. We cleaned Tanabe out so I doubt you'll find these anywhere else
PM me for the EVOM Special price!!
CA guys - please remember to add sales tax. And as always, local pickup is available.
Thanks guys,
