Factory MMNA Ralliart Evo IX Pictures

I thought you guys would appreciate a few pictures of the Factory Ralliart Evo IX that was on display at the SEMA show this year in Las Vegas. It is on display at my work, York Mitsubishi.

You can see pictures of it on my cardomain site for my Lancer Ralliart at: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/449039/6

It was cool for me to get a few more pics of my Lancer Ralliart along with THE Ralliart at: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/449039/1

The cars official site is: http://stg.mitsubishicars.com/MMSA/j...e_PG_prize.jsp

The car is pretty neat. It has only about 40 miles on it so obviously you can not get on it yet but it sounds and looks great. It has the following things done to it and I hope they examples of what will be brought to the US when Ralliart comes stateside in a few months.

Ralliart coil over suspension
Ralliart Exhaust
Ralliart Intercooler piping
Ralliart hoses
Ralliart Spark plug set
Ralliart oil cap
Ralliart Radiator shroud
Ralliart Graphics
RAYS wheels with Ralliart center caps
Yokohama Advan tires
MMNA Hyper ground cables

The car was part of a sweepstakes that Mitsubishi did at the SEMA show with Yahoo! Autos. The winner lives near my work so we are the chosen dealer to deliver the car to him. Problem is.... He is a great guy but not sure he wants to keep it. He may take it, and trade it in on another car. In the long run we will probably end up owning the car. For now it is here for display. If we get it we will show it, have it here to help market the launch of Ralliart, and I guess if the right person came along.. sell it. My work has an owners club that does meets, drivings days, and this year track events/autocrosses so we may use it there as well.

If it ends up with us for real and for sale I would let you know.

Hope this helps,

Derek

So Ralliart is actually going to start selling stuff here? I thought it might end up as another one of those place-holder websites that never go anywhere. Do you know if they'll be selling any of the motorsports parts, or just street stuff?

My big question though is, will Ralliart be selling the works bi-plane wing? I needs me one of them crazy wings!

I talked to our factory rep the other day and Ralliart IS coming to the states. They will have three levels of parts and accessories. Three different warranty stages really. Cosmetic accessories like the oil caps and such that will have a full accessory warranty. Moderate performance enhancing parts and accessories with a partial warranty. And more major performance stuff that will have little or no warranty. I do not know all the details. They will also have some of the cool WRC/Dakar apparel. Most of the Evo stuff will be similar to the stuff overseas while Eclipse and Galant stuff will be newly developed products. I was told it should be about 4 more months till we see the stuff but could be as long as 6 months. They should have an ad in Autoweek fairly soon announcing the launch.

Thanks for the scoop!

Maybe you'll get lucky, and they'll have Ralliart sweater vests.

Ya know I have no clue. On one side all it is is an MR with some japanese accessories and parts so not much more than a regular MR. On the other side it is an MR with hard to get Ralliart stuff straight from japan (the instructions on the stuff is in japanese) and it is the ONE AND ONLY factory Ralliart EVO IX from SEMA! So depends how you look at it.
