Cars looks amazing. This is my look for this summer also but with some Enkei NT03's. Love the engine bay look also. Simple and clean.

The wheels do not clear the stock brakes though, however I have Evo X front brakes so they clear just fine!

There are a few very small chips on the hood and one on the bumper that you can't see unless you're close to the car. Not perfect, but if it was perfect I would probably be scared to actually drive it lol. And yes, the SE lip actually only comes in white from the dealer, no other flavor!
i know i'm somewhat necro-bumping this but i'm looking at a very similar size, for the ce28sl's - 18x9.5 +22 - the fitment from your pics actually look really good. i've got the rear fenders rolled, did you relocate the bumper tab? i'm also looking to do the evo x brakes, curious how difficult the drilling was

That sizing pretty much pushes the stock body to the limit for a functional setup. You definitely need to relocate the bumper tab and give the rears an extra good roll.

Drilling the knuckles is straightforward, just buy a good bit and take your time. Bonus pic of how my car sat:

thanks for the reply - for the Volk CE28N 18x9.5, does the +34 clear the 8/9 brakes? and thus, i'm assuming, would clear the X brakes?

I am not sure. One thing is that the ZE40s did not clear the 8/9 brakes but did clear the X brakes. I think for a concave face CE28 you would probably have a similar experience.

I did not do them myself, but the guy who did just said it took time. You just need to buy a nice drill bit and take your time. As long as you drill the knuckle straight and the right size everything else is straightforward
