Overspray Removal Question

One of the previous owners of my car painted the front badge blue. I bought a new chrome one to replace it but there is blue overspray around the edge. Best way to remove this? Some of it will flake off with a toothpick but not all of it.

Thanks in advance!

Can try acetone on a cloth, just be careful as it can remove or thin your clearcoat/paint

I know acetone will work but it can take off the clear, I would try clay it should work.

It might be better to paint over it rather than trying to remove it if clay bar doesn't work.

It would be easy to use a touch up paint pen and go over the blue marks.

I know a clay bar would work but its in the corners so I can't get a clay in there to properly remove it. I tried using Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax (carnauba) and it helped some, but still didnt get the thickest spots out.
