odd wheel shake issue

so this has been happening for a bit. i have some snow tires on and if I drive past 65 -80 sometimes the steering wheel shakes. the weird thing is it's not the same shake at the same speed all the time. sometime I could drive 75 for 30mins and then it will start to shake for about 10 minutes and then it'll stop. other times it will happen for an hour. sometime not happen at all. any help might be good thanks.
Luis

oh the I have dropped the tranny about a year ago but I don't remember the shake back then after I put it back on.

Probably has to do with improper tire balance.

not the snow it was doing it before hand. I guess I could have the wheels checked for balance. how much is a new bearing. You are talking about the wheel bearing right?
thanks again

I thought that wheel balance would shake all the time not on and off
