Tom,
I spoke with a few people at Brembo and I thought it was the same caliper as the Track Package Z and Sti. Turns out it's unique to the EVO. Brembo does not sell this caliper over the counter. It's a pure OEM deal.
P.S. The shift knob rocks man, enjoying it much!

FWIW; I emailed www.speedbleeder.com telling them year make and model Evo and that the hex size of the stock bleeders is 11mm front and back. They said the part I need is definitely SB1010S.
I went ahead and ordered them with a little skepticism . I'll keep you posted on how they fit once I get them.
