Squishy noise coming from rear suspension

Lately I've been noticing "squishy" noises coming from the rear suspension. It happens when I am driving at parking lot speeds slowly over speed bumps or sharp dips in the ground. It sounds like squeeky door panels or something.

I've just installed Megan track coilovers recently. Also installed White rear bump-steer bushings pressed in. Then got the car aligned and everything. The noises I heard were after the alignment was done.

Anyone experienced this or know what exactly the cause is? I am thinking its from the rear bump steer bushings. Also note that I am running stock rearswaybar.

FORGOT to mention that the noise is not the CLUNKING coilover noise.

i have not had any personal experiences with these coilovers but there have been alot of threads on here where people have complained about noises from the megan racing track's. not too sure if these are the same noises or not but then again it could be the bushings are something else out of whack, but here again i do not have any personal experiences with these coilovers

I had similar noises from my Tracks. Never was an issue with their performance. But noises are par for many coil-overs.

might just be the fluids routing through the shock itself, I used to notice this on my 00 Si w/ coilovers.
