Tire shaving needed?

I had to replace one of my four tires on my wheels and the tread depth different for the new tire is 2/32". Is this a big enough variance in depth that I should get the tire shaved?

I am having trouble finding someone to shave the tire so I am asking this.

Thanks

Since you're in the Philly area, go to BimmerWorks in West Chester, PA ( http://www.bimmerworks.com )

Steve can shave your tire for you.

I asked this before but no one answered. I read that FAQ before and I don't understand why 4 extra revolutions a mile would matter. I mean you do about that just taking a right turn. Can anyone answer this? I understand getting new tries in pairs and the same type/brand but why all 4 new ones or a shaved one?

they are retarded
$20 to shave and $100+ to mount and balance?!!! I'm finding another place...

I wish i got this all mounted and balanced and shaved at Tirerack before I ordered!!

i just realized- am i making a big deal out of this? the difference is 2/32 AND this will be going on the front of an 2003 evo (i.e. open diff!)
