do i need a fender roll with this offset and wheel?
im planning to buy the rota p45r with 30 offset 17 inch, and planning to put 245/45/17 on them. im lower on tein stech spring. do i need a fender roll or im fine with it?
should i go with 255/45/17?

I run 265/35/18 +30 offset on Tein flex coilovers, I had to roll as I had minimal rub on large bumps, still get a little rub if I slam hard on the highway - I live in MI, roads are horrible. Many people run this setup and experience no rub, with 245's you should be fine.

If you don't want to modify your fenders then I would recommend the Rota DPT in 17x9 +35 fitment. This model is ~2 lbs lighter than the P45R (DPT is only 19.1 lbs) and will fit without modifications. We have customers running very wide 255/40/17 tires on stock fenders

I would highly recommend a different tire size for these wheels. A 245/40/17 tire would be ideal or even a 255/40/17 tire (will definiately require fender rolling with this wheel). A 245/45/17 tire is taller than your OEM diameter and may rub on the fender liner if your car is lowered.

thx =) but yeh i just bought the p45r 17x9.5 with 30 offset from my friend. so you saying 245/40/17 won't require a fender roll?
