And for reference, Kaj has a set of 18x10's +22 with 255's mounted on his evo. Fender rolling and some camber looks to be all he needed and he has room to spare. I have a set of 18x10 +38 wheels with 265 AD08's that I'm going to be mounting at the end of this month. With the 38 offset I have to run a 10mm spacer up front, but other then that the only fender mods that I am foreseeing are heavy rolling.

I think that you have to run a 10mm spacer with the xd9 regardless of the offset due to the spoke design. Not 100% sure on that though. I do know that I had to run a 10mm spacer on my 18x10 +38 xd9's in the front. Hope that helps

That would be a tough wheel to fit without a widebody. Reason being that with a 15 or 25mm spacer, you will be running the equivalent of a +10 or 0 wheel....which coupled with a 10" wide wheel is getting aggressive for an evo X, let alone a VIII or IX. My recommendation would be to find another set of wheels.

Looking for 182 rims with BIG offset
As above what wheels are available in large offsets. 9X18" rims with offsets of +8 to +15 ??
Could anyone point me in the right direction of wheel makers or suppliers.
Reason....is that im going wider front and rear arches Front possible 15mm wider and rears something like 10mm wider.
Thanks
Craig

Konig Lace Rims
I was wondering if anybody on these forums is running Konig Lace Wheels. I was getting Some tires on my other car (06 GTO) the other day and Saw some at discount tire and figured they would look good on my 03 Tarmac Black Evo. Just a thought.
here is a link to the rims:

OZ ultraleggera Rims wont fit my car... Why? 18X8.5
hey so i bought some OZ ultraleggera rims they are 18X8.5 if i remember correctly and a 35MM offset
Went to put them on the car and every thing seemed fine then i realized they rub the brake calibers.
also i went to use my stock lug nutz and they dont fit in the set holes for the rims.
I called tire rack and they said they dont sell spacers for them.
Does anyone know what i need to make these rims fit?
Also what lug nuts i should buy for it to fit.
I have been searching all over and i cant figure it out
if you guys could send me a link on what to buy it would be very appreciated.
Thanks
Ian T

you need after market lug nuts everyone sells them. they different from oem type lugs ...there are a couple different spacers listed on this site. You need to figure out how much space you need for the wheels to clear the breaks.

1) you can do some of this searching for yourself, the lug nut question is very basic (i'm trying to teach you how to answer your questions quicker than relying on a forum as you seem to need alot of input.
2) Google is your friend. "Brake caliper clearance".... first returned hit:
http://www.buybrakes.com/brembo/caliper-clearance.html
3) wheel spacers: Touge Factory (a sponsor on this forum) can assist you. Will let you find them in the vendor section as part of your forum navigation training!
