I am planning to purchase XXR 527 18X8.75. It seems like some have +20 offset while others recommend +35 offset. I do not mind rolling rear fenders but will this setup clear front brake calipers? Any idea which is better setup +20 or +35?
Thanks

Well, of course, the +35 would be best for rear fitment. I ran the following on the calc = 18 x 8.75 running a modest 255/35.
You will need more than a rear roll to get this to clear the rears properly.

The +20 is really a show offset & not considered practical fitment for the stock body EvO

Front fitment will likely need a spacer to fit

Heres a search string for you to get more info from others running the XXR's

That is a good size

I ran these no. for you on the calc. 18x9 + 35 running a 255/35

Results: Rear roll needed (3/4 roll. not flat). No bumper bolt relocation needed / Stock rear -1 degree camber OK
Front fitment ok w/no fender work needed. Front spacer is likely!

I'm looking for some help with a Work wheel fitment.

Work Meister S2R 17x8 +35

I plan on running just an OE 235/45/17 sized tire. Seller says they will clear the brakes but I would really appreciate if anyone on the forum has experience. My car is an 01 JDM Evo VII but should be the same as any of the USDM Evo's.

Thank you.

Did some searching & could not find anything definite regarding caliper clearance. Most posts were Subys w/non Brembo setups

The spoke design is certainly caliper friendly but I would be surprised if they cleared

Sorry for the delayed response. Do not recommend a +45 offset. Getting too close to the front strut & the rear lower control arm

If you have any other questions let me know

Do the 17x8.5 +30 clear the brakes and fit the evo with no other modifications? If not is there a 17" size that does (maybe the 17x8 +35)?

Appreciate it.

Sorry for the delayed response. Unknown about the caliper fitment unless we know the make / model of the wheel & we have fitment history

Generally, An 18x9 +30 is a good wheel for the EvO rear fender but running a 255/35 tire, a light rear fender roll will be needed

My mistake, I meant the Enkei RPF1's in those sizes.

The only RPF1 that clears the front caliper is the +18 from what I remember

Fitment check?

Cosmis XT-206R 18X9.5 +10

Nitto NT05 265/35r18

Front and rear fenders are rolled and pulled, I'm on bilsteins with lowering springs. Will I be able to make fitment with this setup? Advice?
