Question Need definitive brake line flaring info

Hello all! I am in the process of building a crazy Evo 8 with custom everything and one of the next things to do is the brake lines. We are installing a Tilton pedal box assembly and will not be using the OEM clutch or brake master cylinders. Now, the Tilton MC's we will be using have 3/8-24 thread (-3AN) outlets on them as does the Wilwood proportioning valve. We are completely replacing the stock front brake hard lines from the prop valve to the SS flex lines in the strut towers. Now, the main issue and question I have is: WHAT flare type is used on the Evo 8? I need to flare two lines coming from the prop valve to mate up with the male/male adapter connecting to the stock rear hard lines under the car. Someone please let me know (FOR SURE) what flare type is used on the Evo. Thanks!

Metric bubble flares with 3/16" line.

The one on the right.

alright, this is what I figured. Now, with the SS flex lines for each caliper, are the hard line ends that attach to the flex lines also bubble flare? I am assuming so, but I don't like to assume

You mean the hardline that's on the caliper itself? If so, yes.

All the factory metric fitting connections on the evo are bubble flare. The 3/8x24 fittings on the tilton and wilwood brake prop will be inverted double flare. You will need a separate brake flare tool for each as you will have a combination of both types of fittings.

Since you guys seem to do a lot of this type of stuff. I would suggest one of these for the shop. I've had mine for a few years now and love it.

I personally have 37 degree flare and 45 degree double flare tools, both for stainless steel line. The one we don't have is bubble flare, which I had no use for when we did the lines on my wrx. They get expensive!!

Those are some really nice tools you linked, btw.
