New shocks and springs question

Looking to install some new shocks and springs and was wondering what other parts I would need for the install. I would like to get all new pieces to "build" the shocks off the car, rather than taking parts off the original shocks/springs.

Also, what swift springs should I order when pairing them with bilstein HDs (not mr bilsteins)? Gsr or MR version?

Thanks

really...

Yes there is tons of info on swift springs, however, as to what version of the spring to use with the HDs the answer varies quite a bit. Some say GSR and some say MR. Emailed swift and their rep says to use MR springs, but members on here with track experience (smike?) I believe say to use the GSR variation. Was just hoping for clarification, thanks for you contribution.

As far as what parts/part numbers needed to install the components I have yet to find those answers in a search, hence the reason I asked.
