Here are some picks, im using there new "grease free bushings"
You see the second brack that has the 14mm bolt isn't flush with the other one meaning the bolt can't be bolt in place
any help would be great

Bumping because I'm having the same issue as OP. It's impossible to get all 4 bolts back in because of how the bracket gets bent. I don't understand how more people aren't having this issue when installing their rear bars; does everyone replace their mounts too but no one says so?

I replaced my rear sway bar with the whiteline 27mm and whiteline adjustable end links a few months ago and didnt have any problems. When my bracket was bent from removal, I simply bent it back and everything lined up. Dont tighten the accessible bolts up until the weight is back on the wheels.
I reused the stock mounts.
your pic looks like you need to bend your bracket back into the correct shape.
good luck.

Try this, you gotta smush the outer piece of the mount closer together and dont need to mess with the inner one. This is what I did...
1) separate the the two pieces
2) take the outside piece with the smooth bend around the bushing and put the flat side on the workbench
3) push down on the side with tab bending the outer side in towards the table
4) bring it closer while test fitting the inner bracket until you have a good fit

Can you insert a long screwdriver between the holes to line them up and then try to put the bolts back in?
I used the OEM brackets when I installed my Whiteline 24mm RSB, but had to use the bigger supplied brackets when I installed the Whiteline 26mm RSB in February.

To update this, i talked to whiteline and apparently they changed the design so you have to buy there 24mm heavy duty mount kit which is about 180 bucks... Wish they told me sooner as i would have just got a swift bar or perrin.
Eitherway bar goes in easy with the mount kit

Interesting... following blr2g's advice I was able to get the bar in with the stock mounting brackets. We did redrill the holes to make them just a bit bigger and to help them be lined up. Also had to wedge a piece of wood under the bracket to keep it in position while using a screwdriver as a lever to line up the bracket properly. Definitely changed it into a 2-person job.
