EVO X MR. Strange dip in dyno

I have a 2008 Evo xMR. I bought it recently and was told that its stock. However, after looking at dyno it looks like its tuned.
There is a strange dip in dyno and was wondering if anybody could help with this.????

Also, people tell me they hear some strange flutter when i let go off gas after WOT.

Looking for some advice.

Charts would help. What were your numbers on the dyno? What do you mean dip? Whats the dip showing on? Help us help you. Your blow off valve is making the noise?

Added dyno chart.. Thanks for pointing it out Both hp and torque are dipping. I dont have a BOV. I have a recirculating valve. Its either wastegate flutter or recirculative valve causing turbo flutter (not sure what and need advice as to what to check and how)

Interesting torque spike at the end.... that looks scary to me. Could also just be knocking and lots of timing getting pulled but I'd definitely get a new tune or at least a second opinion if I were you.

Good luck

It usually runs max 22-24 psi max boost. Thanks guys.. will surely try to get it tuned soon.

Clutch doesnt slip or anything. So I doubt it.. and its MR. So no lag also I believe..

Torque dip could be due to clutch slip, which was in my MR was at its worst around 6K RPM before the ECU SST related tables we adjusted. Try logging a street pull 2.5K-7K RPM and you see a corresponding torque "blip" in VD at around the same RPM range as the torque dip above.

Are your getting any CELs? If it is not a mechanical slip, it may be Torque Compensation. Definitely need a bit more info...data log would be great. There are absolutely no bolt on mods?

No CEL at all. I bought it stock. Took it shop for servicing and all but was never told it had bolt on's. They say it is tuned for sure (amazing how tune can get 304 wheel hp).
What kind of data should I get?

CEL could be disabled

And a tune could get that w/a boost controller but idk how safe of a tune...

is it a stock boost controller?
