2012 GSR EFR 8374 IWG Build 2.0 Dyno 655WHP 464WTQ
So this is the evolution of my 2012 GSR, I ran almost the same setup on the stock bottom and now I added a build bottom.
The new part list is:
-ERL built and sleeved 2.0 87mm 10.1CR CP pistons w/heavy duty wrist pins, Carrillo Pro H rods, piston tops ceramic coated and skirts moly coated.
-OEM head with AMS TMP cams and Kelford springs.
-Full Race EFR 8374 T4 twin scroll .92AR IWG turbo kit.
-BW "high boost" wastegate canister.
-AMS IC.
-ARP 625+ head studs.
-Coswoth HG.
-GS BCS.
-Akra testpipe back.
-FIC high Z 1650's.
-Walbro 255 intank.
-Radium surge tank w/Walbro 450.
-E74-75.
All the runs were done in 3rd and it was HOT and Humid as ***** in the dyno room, ~96* ambient temps outside.
This was done on 32psi dropping to ~27psi at redline. The BW "high boost" wastegate canister will not hold more boost at redline then that on the dyno.
On the street the same map runs ~34 down to ~28.5psi at redline so really I think the car makes ~665-670WHP on the road. I'm also around 4.9+V on the MAF so...
I guess the next step is to try the TurboSmart WG with all the springs in there and see if I can get this thing to hold even 30-32 all the way to redline, I think that would make 700WHP since this tune is not ***** to the wall.
Oh! here's the mandatory VD comparo, This is from the same run as above:
At the end of the day I'm very happy with the overall setup and it really has a amazing power band making 20psi by 4k and it just pulls all the way to 9k.

This will be what I go with for next year. I have pretty much the same setup as you but 2.2 and built head too. I am going to go with external dumps though : ) I have been in love with this setup for a long time and I think it is worth the extra money over the AMS kits.
