2012 evo x gsr full bolt ons tune

Update: (3rd post has my e85 dyno sheet) Now on e85 and I feel like im not making as much as I should be... any ideas? I think it could be my intercooler as its not a true 3" outlet + inlet... ones 3" and the outlet is a 3" to 2.5"? im not 100% but just trying to get the max out of what its at as im done moding it for a bit performance wise other than fixing things here n there.

So tuned with a local tuner here in the bay with full bolt ons on 91. Was street tuned with tactrix n evoscan etc...

Mods:
Cosworth drop in filter
Depo test pipe
Tomei expreme ti catback
Ets uicp
Ets uicp elbow
Grimmspeed 3 port
Depo 3.5" intercooler
Aem uego failsafe
Fic 1100
Walbro 255 pump

So this is 91, will be doing e85 later in the week but from seeing my results on 91 atm...

drop in filter and stock o2 housing/dp are your biggest bottle necks.my bro in law had very similar setup as yours, except ets intake.he was making closer to 230whp.once I installed his MAP o2/down pipe he picked up nearly 20whp and 25wtq.

the IC outlet doesn't make much of a difference. the stock LICP is about as good as it gets with basic bolt-ons performance wise..increasing the flow there doesn't equal performance gains. It could come down to tuner...just a thought

That is about right with full bolt ons. I have a 2012 with full bolt ons, injectors, fuel rail, pump, manifold and it makes 351hp 354 ftlb on dyno jet. We have 93 octane on east coast. Does your car emit a lot of black smoke with wide open throttle? I could see mine in the mirror and people behind me have complained. The AFR runs in the low 11's which I think is too rich. (Not trying to rob your thread)

yeah that seams fine. You can screw with the dyno and make it show 500hp if you want but that doesn't make it true. Looks like a good setup.
