I was told to go for the 1.05 host side on the 7670 but what difference will 0.92 or 1.45 hot side on a 7670??? I'm looking for early spool street car.
I've got the MHI now but not really feeling that turbo feels slow!

the 1.05 and 1.45 use the external gate setup, so quite a bit different than the .92 A/R.

It's all a balance of spool/power. If you want more spool go .92 IWG, if you want biggest top end go 1.45 EWG or 1.05 EWG for something in between.

I roll race/drag race so I wanted to stay in the same power range. The 9180 got me there within its efficiency range on a less aggressive tune.
This is the post I was expecting to see sooner or later. Awesome powerband though. Probably would have survived indefinitely if kept to 680 whp.

Internal and External Wastegate are what those stand for.

Internal advantages are usually it's more space efficient / cheaper. Externals offer better boost control, but cost more and generally take up more room and are more complex. Both can be vented to atmosphere or vented back into your exhaust, though IWG usually recirc back into the exhaust.. and EWGs usually vent to atmosphere (usually).

^ Funny thing is (with the EFR's at least) the IWG cost a few hundred more vs EWG

I guess by the time you add 2x gates and plumbing you're $400-500 worse off versus the IWG option anyways...

Very cool sorry if I missed it in the description, but who are you using to tune this?

Your results have convinced me to go 8374/IWG, it looks awesome!
Did you ever attempt to tune with the included EBCS?

Yes I did but I just prefer the MAC valve honestly. The Pierburg solenoid is to twitchy for my liking.
