I don't really want more power. I do want to give the setup the best chance it has to last so I may still do a larger exhaust and a IM/TB.

Intake manifold and throttle body should be easy gains, same with larger exhaust. But if you don't want more you obviously don't need to do it

I think I would do them I hopes of decreasing back pressure and evening out airflow in to the cylinders.
It would be later though, I spent more then I wanted getting this running right again, my wallet needs a break lol

Not unless someone sponsors the parts.
I'm willing to do the work and testing but I spent a bucket load of cash that I wasn't really planning on spending.
I'll do it eventually though.

No rush, your setup works and works well!

Plus, just in case something breaks you gotta be ready to fix it. Not that evo x's ever break though.

The 9174 was free ....and the 9180 didn't last long before it spit the turbine wheel out
I've had some fueling issues that I'm working on and as soon as that gets solved I'll get the car dynoed and post the results.
I will say the 9174 is not far behind the 9180

Were you overspinning the turbo when it went? Looking forward to seeing what the 9174 can do!

The 9180 spit out the turbine wheel too?

How's that possible? did you have contact with the BW engineers?
