I had a similar problem when I put my Z120 in, I think some of the wire colors are off. Double-check your connections with these diagrams:

Oh, and there is a better way than that vid to do the bypass. If you use a small flathead screwdriver to pop up the latch on the unit's harness and then lift up the locking mechanism, you can pop the pins out without having to cut the connector. If you're past that part already, disregard...

Where did you connect the blue/white (amp turn on)wire to?
It said that
1. Connect the Blue/White wire to the radios amplifier turn on wire.
But I dont know what wire is radios amplifier turn on wire, and I don't see any extra wire from the pioneer power harness

Oh hah I didn't watch it all, thought that was the Soundman vid where he cuts it with a razor. Nm.
IIRC, the antenna/amp wire from the Pioneer harness goes to the blue/white amp turn-on on the MITO.

IIRC = if I recall correctly
Check the install manual for the unit, it should have a diagram for "Connecting to a separately sold power amp". If it's the same harness for the Z120, it'll be blue/white on the Pioneer side. Connect that to the blue/white on the MITO.
