Technical Question about speaker installs
I just bought the Infinity by Harman speakers since ive heard a lot of great things about them!
The model for the speakers is: PR6500CS, They come with tweeters.
I bought two for the front and two for the back and an Amp for a sub im getting installed.
My evo is a 12'' non-SSS
My questions revolve around the stock wiring of the car.
The speakers and tweeters connect to this bridge that comes with the kit.
[A
and it says to do it like so:
so im wondering when looking at the videos on youtube of people installing speakers and tweeters, they are using the OEM wiring for the tweeters and speakers. for me, i dont know if I HAVE to use this bridge to connect the two. Do i just connect the new tweeters to the stock wiring? or do i connect it to the bridge and disregard the OEM wiring for the stock tweeters? or do I not use the bridge and use the stock wiring?
I dont want to disassemble the car and be stuck with this issue without a solution.

Well, Never mind on the question for the tweeter wiring.
A buddy of mine who does audio explained it all.
Aparently: the little bridge box is ONLY used for vehicles that don't come with factory tweeters. Since i already have OEM wiring for tweeters, i just use the same wiring and disregard the bridge.
On the other hand; He did say that I could use that bridge for the rear speakers and have tweeters in the front and tweeters in the back! and the little box will be used for the tweeters in the back seats. he showed me custom work on the tweeters being right beside the door handle and it looks kinda cool and practical. it kidna looks like how Volkswagen has their rear tweeters.
