Tanabe Revel Boost Gauge install help.

Need some input, I wired my power wire via add a fuse to the power door lock fuse (20a) and grounded my ground wire to the drivers side bolt on the left hand side of the dash.

However its not powering on.

Do I have to wire the white and orange wires as well? Thought it would brokay for just the red and black. Heres the install diagram.

Thanks in advance!

Red, white and orange all need a power source and black is the ground.

You NEED to hook up all but the orange wire to get the gauge working. And, if you don't want an obnoxiously bright gauge at night, you'll want that orange wire too.

The red should be run to a constant power source
The white should be run to a switched power source
The black needs to be run to a good chassis ground

The red is probably for memory (brightness settings/peak/warning/etc)
The white will tell the gauge the car is on and start the power up sequence and keep the gauge on.

The orange wire will dim the gauge at night if you hook it up to the headlight or parking light circuit.

Check out the boost gauge how-to threads to figure out where to wire everything up.
