Calculating injector latencies w/Accesstuner RACE v.math my head hurts

I'm trying to find the correct latency values for my venom 750cc injectors for tuning. Since the manufacturer could only give me one value, I tried to figure out a way to calculate the other values, and used two different, but known, sets of injector latencies from the AP itself to see if there was a pattern.
I started by taking the OTS maps for DW800+HKSPF+TBE, but i am using Venom 750cc injectors. So, I calculated the new scaling value, and edited that table. I contacted the manufacturer to get the latency times for the injectors, and all they could provide was .8-1.0 at 12v. In ATR, there are 7 latency adjustments for voltage ranges.
Is there a formula for calculating these ranges? I tried taking known latency ranges and seeing if there was a pattern to the numbers.
Using the OTS latencies, I saw that with the OEM injectors, the formula like this:
using this formula: A(x)=B where "A" is the latency for a certain voltage, "x" is a variable, and "B" is the latency value of the next highest voltage on the table. Then, B(x)=C, C(x)= D, and so on.
I used the known latency values of the OEM injectors, and found this pattern:
latency(Variable)=next latency value, ascending 4.69-18.68v
6.12(.85)=5.2
5.23(.52)=2.71
2.71(.63)=1.78
1.78(.73)=1.30
1.30(.70)=.91
.91(.71)=.65
and for the DW800, the scale follows this pattern:
6.12(.87)=5.33
5.33(.52)=2.81
2.81(.66)=1.87
1.87(.74)=1.39
1.39(.72)=1.01
1.01(.73)=.74
The variable value applied to the two different sets of injectors is within 1% of each other. So, is that pattern the universal ratio that the Fuel Table: Injector Latency values are determined in AccessTUNER Race for the Evo X? Or coincidence?

I already set the proper scaling based off the OTS maps, but the only latency specs they could give me was .8-1.0 at 12V, which was radically different than the latency already mapped. That's when i decided to take two known sets of latencies from Cobb maps, and see if i could find a pattern as to how they increase and decrease, and they both were similar.
