what are your AFRs like?

Just speculating here, but if the post-cat sensor thinks you are lean, and you don't even have a cat... I'm going to venture a guess that you are, in fact, running lean.

you need a wideband o2 sensor...

I wouldn't drive the car any more than you have to until you get it tuned by someone who is going to keep an eye on those AFRs

disable your rear O2, win?

This is probably just regarding the sensor not reading correctly at idle / cruise. If you are bouncing around 14.7 you are OK.

i'm tuned and the same code is coming on. any thoughts?
If you are trying to keep it operational I'd remove the fix (if its an anti=fouler). If you are using that in combination with a bend that pulls it out of the stream it may be too far out.

Or... just disable it.

Sorry, but this code comes with owning a testpipe. That O2 is for emmisions anyway (unless something has changed). Either live with it, or do as fostytou suggested, and have it disabled (software tweak). Either way it's not hurting anything, if it was the precatalyst sensor running lean, I would be concerned. My $.02

You SHOULD be,

It's a frequent thing, but as suggested to the OP if you don't have a wideband already get one!

We can speculate, but you don't want to be the one that blows his engine because it was actually running too lean...
