So i did a few pulls and realized when I was doing them last night, I was shifting before I checked the "max" knock, and i guess my fast shifts were making noise similar to a knock, I did a few pulls today and watched the count while I drove and before I shifted in a 2nd, 3rd, and a 4th pull, and it didn't go over .7. one of the pulls didn't even have any, the others had a little bit at .4 and .7. It did not seem that they were at the same RPM either.

Not yet, i thought that my issue might be related to shifting during the pull, and it seems that was it.

Me too, though if I get ballsy enough I might get ATR just so I can see if I can get rid of the .4 and .7 ones I saw, but they seemed pretty random, so I doubt it haha.

Shift knock is pretty common. If you look at your map, there is very high timing in the areas where you are off the gas and still in high RPM. It can be real knock, but since there is no load on the engine it is not usually an issue. The only issue it generally causes is if timing is pulled when you get back into gear or if you have too little timing for something like NoS.
