Weird/Slow EvoScan Logging Issue

Recently, I had one EVO X GSR which I couldn't log (both mode 23 or RAX Fast Logging) in EvoScan v2.9.0023 properly. The weird thing is that it was logging perfectly well last week.
When the logging is started, the sampling rate is excruciatingly slow and when I click on the Stop Logging button, it takes a while or a few more times of clicking before it actually stops. Checking the log file confirms that indeed there are only a few row of data.

Here are few steps I have taken to isolate the problem but without success:

- Using another USB cable and Tactrix OpenPort adapter
- Reset the ECU by removing fuse
- Flashing back the previous tune
- Using older EvoScan v2.8

With the same Tactrix OpenPort, USB cable and laptop, I was able to log 4 other EVO X properly. Now, you would probably reckon it's the OBD-II port on the problematic EVO X but this car works perfectly well with ECUFlash (both read and write), MUT-III scan tool and my Bluetooth ELM327 OBD adapter.
At this point, I am inclined to think it's an EvoScan issue...

Has anyone experienced similar issue?
