Best Evo X tuner on the east coast?

I wish i had researched more. I paid for an e-tune 9 months ago, it still isn't done. Sent my data logs 8 weeks ago with no reply, eventually gave up and hired Beeble to finish it all. I'm not allowed to make a thread about it either :/

I don't know who the "best" is, that's really a matter of opinion. That's such an arbitrary question. For someone to objectively say who the best is we'd first have assign weights to all the things a tuner does. Then score every tuner based on that model. If you just want general opinion, I think people usually go to whoever is the closest. I mean the only way someone can really say who the best is is if they've actually taken the same car to every tuner and then compared them. Seems a bit unrealistic to me.
But overall, I think you'll be fairly satisfied as long as you pick a reputable tuner. In my case I'm close to about 3-4 tuners. I'll most likely be going with CBRD, they aren't the absolute closest but they seem to be the most experienced with evos out of my choices. Are they the best? Well, I can't say that with certainty, all I can say is in my research they had the most favorable reviews of all my choices, so it would seem they do the most volume. So, at a minimum, that tells me they do good work and create stable builds and tunes.
