FIC's new 1650cc high-Z injector review

I wanted to write a review on the new Fuel Injector Clinic (FIC) 1650cc high Z injectors because I feel FIC gets mixed reviews.
First of all, I got these because I was running ID 1300’s and I maxed them out at like 630whp on e75, more realistically they were maxed around 600whp because AFR’s would climb to the high 12’s at redline.
I also tried the ID 2000’s and even though I was eventually able to get them to idle and drive OK (with the help of UT_EvoX) they just don’t drive good enough for me. A lot of P0300 codes, random surging, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised that when I opened the box from FIC they included a data sheet specific to my injectors. They really included all the info you may need to dial these injectors. So based on the data sheet I made my first map for them, threw them on and the car started right up with no hiccups at all. I did have to make a few revisions to the scaling and the latencies but I honestly think that FIC had it dead on from the data sheet because I run 50psi base fuel pressure and I ended up removing fuel everywhere to get the fuel trims close.
I also did not have to mess with lowering the minimum IPW or the cranking IPW. The car starts right up in the morning, has yet to throw a P0300 and I've experienced no surging to note, very smooth overall.
All of this is with e74-75. I have not tried pump gas yet but from what I’ve experienced so far these injectors are really good and I don’t think I’ll have any issues even on pump. I’m also going to the dyno later and ill up date as to how much power I made and what IDC I ended up with so anyone can get a good idea as to how much power you could get out of these.

Ok so i was able to get to the dyno today. The fuel system in the car consists of:
-FIC 1650's high Z
-Intank Walbro 255 on stock wiring and dual voltage
-Radium surge tank w/Walbro 450 @14V
-E85 (E74-75)
-You guys know the rest, LOL

The car did 655WHP/464WTQ and the peak IDC 92% via EvoScan. Keep in mind that I ran the ID1300's to 120% IDC so if you ran the FIC 1650's to the same 120% then i think these injectors could get you to 750WHP on E.

Here's a small snap of the dyno run:

Thanks for taking the to post a review, we have been getting great feedback about how these tune on both pump and ethanol and are really excited about them.

These new 1650cc injectors do utilize a stainless valve similar to all other newer generation Bosch gasoline injectors which makes them safe for use with all fuels, and resistant to corrosion when using ethanol fuels.
