Test Pipe w/ Accessport safe or unsafe?
Hey guys, I'm looking to do my downpipe and my test pipe pretty soon (already have a cat-back), I have an APv3 running the OTS SF Stage 1 93 tune as of right now. If I do the test pipe/downpipe will my Evo be safe to run on an AP tune? Or should I get it pro tuned? Basically I'm asking if the AP tune will stop it from running extremely rich once I remove the cat. Thoughts are appreciated, thanks!

a hah! Thanks for the insight, think i'm planning on getting it protuned anyway. Was hoping to run a LWG OTS tune but from what a buddy of mine says he was still hitting 30psi so that's a little scary for me

I'm running ets test pipe, and v2 exhaust. Stock air box. On ots stage 2 LWG and the AP is showing me hitting just under 26psi (target is like 23.5) been getting 2 / 3 counts of knock. I recommend installing at least a AFR guage at the time of installing the test pipe. I personally am getting protuned in October because I don't know how much I like the OTS maps but they will do the trick but for full potential of your car and parts get a pro tune
