Kosmic is not doing e-tunes right now and they recommended M-tuned. Anybody heard of this tuner?

Just had my 15 EVO GSR tuned by him. The numbers are calibrated to be Dynojet numbers and its tuned at 26psi.
ETS Ti Single Exhaust
ETS intake 3.5 housing
ETS Downpipes open dump
ETS Race pipe
Grimmspeed Boost controller
Smart dual port blow off valve
