Car not hitting target boost

Bad kitty. Very bad kitty. Kitty bad.
Its not a total loss though. Now you have a cat housing to cut in half and weld over the top of a test pipe.....

got the car back 3 days ago with a test pipe on. the car feels a lot smoother and seems like the problem is solved. i am ready for a tune in 10/3.
the car spools a lot faster now.
the cat is totally done. the metal inside is melted and all stick together and when i shake the car, the metal will move back and forth meaning the metal did melt and strink; therefore have place to move around inside a housing. there is no contact surface on the metal and the metal totally clogged and blocked the flow.

This is not a fair assumption. My guess is it ran excessively hot from the previous tune (or non-tune). Unburnt fuel was the likely culprit. These are the same cats we use on any high horsepower (600+whp) setup we do here that requires a cat. No cat, no matter how high the quality will survive unburnt fuel being thrown at it.

also checked that there is no boost leaks
bbx lite (installation went well no leaks of oil or water)
atp TP & DP with tial 38mm evs ewg so the blocked cat is ruled out
grimspeed 3 port ebcs
- port 2 is routed to ewg bottom port (ewg top port VTA)
- port 3 is routed to turbo
- port 1 is routed to intake nipple
or i should route the 3 port to this setup ?
- port 2 routed to top port of ewg
- port 1 routed to turbo nipple and Tee'd and routed to bottom port of ewg
- port 3 VTA
thx guys and in the meantime will double check again all connections

I know this is an old post but I'm having issues and this solution doesn't fix my problem. I have a ix mr and I have the Injen upper and lower ic piping, 3" ic, ebc, hks exhaust camshaft, turbo back exhaust, no cat, arp head bolts, e85, fic 1450, walbro 450, arashi 25g turbo, tuned for 30 psi on stock ecu.
Fixed my boost leaks,(was able to hit 24 psi 1x after that) then just 20 psi from then on. I'm gonna recheck my stock header to see if it's leaking from the head or the turbo mounting area. Am I missing something ? Any one have this issue before and then fixed it?

This is so frustrating. I installed a stock exhaust mani ported by buscher and verified that my exhaust manifold and exhaust are no longer leaking.(used seafoam) so now I am totally out of ideas. Any help would do. Please? I wanna go faster than when I had my stock turbo on.

Anyone have any ideas these days? I don't want to keep throwing parts at the car.
