Yes, I've had those on my car for about two months now, they are fantastic! No extra noise and super easy to install. Do propellershaft (driveshaft) bushings while you're at it.

I just installed these Beatrush diff bushings today, real easy, fit like a glove.

Be sure to:

1) Install one side at a time

2) Grease the crap out of them. I used the same grease I used on my Perrin RSB

3) Put the thinner bushing on top

4) Wait until you're done before fully tightening up all the bolts. I had to use a jack to lift up the diff so I could get the bolts started

These don't affect cornering. The point of these is hold hold the rear differential in place and you're getting on/off the power. No more diff flopping around = no more annoying clunking + more direct power transfer to the ground.

I have these in conjunction with Torque Solutions driveshaft bushings.

Interesting, that's one of my biggest pet peeves with my X I assume the driveshaft bushings have a similar effect?

Any negative side effects in using these? Could the harm durability of the diff in the long run?

I've only done the driveshaft bushings so far and I was surprised by how much they help...inexpensive and a fairly easy install. No brainer!

And thank you for your input!

If someone made hardened urethane driveshaft bushings I'd think about it.

I'm concerned about the aftermarket aluminum ones out there currently being too stiff (shock load) and transferring too much noise into the passenger compartment.

Exactly.

When releasing the clutch, the power transfer to the wheels feels more instantaneous and with no clunking. As for noise being transferred into the passenger compartment, I've noticed no increase whatsoever...but then again my exhaust system is no longer stock either.

Well, as a matter of fact, when I installed those beatrush bushings on my X I also put in driveshaft bushings at the same time To my amazement, I had/have ZERO extra cabin noise! IDK if its extra sound deadening or what but the car seriously sounds no different, it's all gain, no pain! Except for the install that is!

Be sure to double check all these bolts a week or two after install, I just found one of my diff bolts loose (2 months later!).

Same story with the Torque Solutions (aluminum) bushings. I have motor mounts so I don't feel any *additional* vibration. haha.

I've found I've gotten use to the 'uncivilized' aspects of my car pretty quickly. I don't drive it on long commutes like some people, though.

Thanks for the tip. I'll re-check them in a couple weeks (or sooner if I start to hear clunking).

Does anyone know the factory torque spec for those 19mm diff bolts?

Bringing back from the dead,

I had these Beatrush member stoppers installed and now my Evo sounds like a tank in the cabin once you start rolling (in gear or not in gear).

It gets louder as speed increases.

My qtn - could this happen from not installing them correctly?

I had a bunch of other things done at the same time you see (twin plate clutch, gear box seal, turbo, exhaust, brake ducts, fuel pump etc etc).
