500 WHP and up Mods

Just had my car dyno'd, and it generated 407 whp on 93 for my 2011 Evo X. I want to keep my car on pump for the moment. I'm trying to get my car to 500, but don't know what else I should buy first, and in descending order. I currently have a Full Race turbo kit(manifild, borg warner ITWG, 3in downpipe, ets intercooler, upper and lower pipes, 3.5in intake), 3in high flow cat, 3in tomei single exhaust. Help me with what I need first, and where to go from there.

BorgWarner EFR Turbocharger 8374, and the fuel pump which I forgot is a ASNU 330E fuel pump, and the injectors I'm running are 1300cc (originally were 1000cc)

What cams would suggest? I am looking at Kelford, GSC2's, and then AMS has some as well

That's a bug turbo. What boost are you running to get 407- do you have a dyno chart?

I do not have a chart, but my Cobb AP is confirming that I am running 30 psi. I should note that I believe they put a conservative tune on my car as well.

Assuming you're on the stock motor, 30 psi is not exactly conservative, especially not on 93 oct.

This turbo will make over 500whp on E85 @ less boost without breaking a sweat as long as you have a proper fuel set up. But if you are determined to make it to 500 on 93, you will definitely need a set of cams, say GSC S2 or something with similar specs. Evo Xs are plagued with fuel starvation issues at higher power levels so my suggestion would be to get a surge tank and change the fuel feed/return lines. Fuel rail is not mandatory but its relatively cheap to everything else we spend money on lol Choose a set of injectors that will flow enough for your goals. Just remember find a tuner that is experienced with Evo X's and can keep the torque in check.

This is coming from a fellow 8374 owner on a stock motor

I feel like 30psi on that big turbo should be 500whp with 93 octane and a good timing map. What dyno read 407?

The dyno used was a dynojet dyno, and probably conservative isn't the correct word, but I do believe I should've made more

Jaraxle, that is why I'm looking at building my engine. I went to Cobb in my area, and we are talking about what to use.

Manley rods, forged crank, map exhaust manifold, 3.5" intake, ID1200cc injectors, bigger fuel pump, and a crazy *** tune.

with that turbo all you need is fuel to hit 500 wheel, you don't even need upgraded cams.
