I bought a new 2011 C63 in 2012 and got over 16k off MSRP. Bought a new 2015 Super Duty in 2015 when 16's were just released and got just over 17k off MSRP. 2016 Hellcats are about 13k off MSRP right now...

Same thing will happen with this car they have no choice, don't waste your money be patient.
If only everyone were this savvy when purchasing their vehicle.

Reminds me of when I got a leftover red base 04 WRX in 05 for $19.5k. I'm just wondering if anybody is actually getting a 15 EVO for 29k yet?

Just quoting myself and Evn2rzn to give a little perspective. Went ahead and contacted one dealer yesterday, the very first one I came across. 2015 new base nothing special MSRP $36,805 selling price 30K + TTT. That's about 18% discount. Typically you can get a bigger discount on vehicle that have more options so keep that in mind. I suspect you could get 20% off of a higher MSRP (more options) 2015 Evolution right now. A Couple months from now I foresee that discount becoming larger if there are still a lot sitting around.

Guys, I've been looking at these 2 options this FE and this GSR. I was wondering if they are good prices and if not what would be a good price. This is my first time buying a car so also advice on how I could go about haggling it down would be appreciated.

Thanks

ones a FE and other is GSR. if you are willing to spend extra money for FE then go ahead. but i wouldnt pay msrp for either of those. im in md too and i was searching for evos and got quoted for around 33k OTD for 2015 gsr. i turned down all offers and found my WW 2013 Evo with 43xxx miles for 22k so im happy with it!

Found a new white FE with navigation, exterior package and the led illumination package. The msrp is $42,650. If I can get the car for $36K, do you guys think that would be a good price?? That would be about 15% off.

Thanks

^Yes that is pretty fair judging from other deals I have seen. That is a maxed out FE.

Evo X Price Check

Here is the posting:

Assuming that I don't find anything wrong with the car, how low should I try to talk the dealer down, if any?

It is used with 16k on the clock and new ones are going for 30k right now. That should tell you the price is higher than it should be.

Just bought a NEW 2015 GSR for 36,700 OTD. PB, SSS, ACCY WHEEL LOCKS, ENGINE APPEARANCE PACKAGE & INTERIOR PACKAGE (GSR). I think it was a good deal.

I take it you purchased that one from RC hill Mistu?

If that is taxes included you did pretty well.

Dreaming of NEW EVO X manual

At this point, if there were two NEW EVO Xs still available in the color you want, with one being GSR and the other FE trim, which would you choose? For a FE with MSRP of $40,605 what would be a good price. Dealer has internet price at $35,626 but I would never pay that. Also, car is in FL and I'm in MA. Work with FL dealer directly or local one to acquire it? I stress new because I won't buy used.
