Draining fuel for pump/E85 switch

There are two philosophies on draining the fuel:

1) Find the two bolts underneath the gas tank
2) Use a piece of fuel hose. Pull off the return line and slip on the hose. Start the car and run the motor and let the fuel pump squirt gas into a gas can

I've heard that running your fuel tank bare is bad for your car so I'd like to find the two bolts underneath the gas tank instead (and refill with E85 in 5 gallon drums). Where are these bolts? Does anyone have a picture? Thanks!

If you look, you'll see there are no bolts...

When I switched to e85 I ran my 91 oct. down to the point where the fuel level was flashing really quick. (hope that makes sense) I put 10 gallons of e85 in to dilute the rest of the 91 and had my tuner tune from there.
