Exhaust ticket

So I have a gsr stock downpipe ets test pipe and ets single tip, just this year alone I have gotten 4 tickets. This pass summer 1 was dropped off 2nd is tomorrow 3rd in Aug and a few days ago. I live in NY cops always gives me the ticket and said that if I go to court they will drop it if I'm good for 6 months. They member have a decimal meter so they can't prove that it was loud.

You have, by your own admission, an illegal exhaust. You are getting tickets for it. Isn't that how it should be?

ps. please - I beg you - stop butchering English

What is the question? or just venting? I think if you put the stock cat back on you'll be set. Catback exhaust is not subject subject to emission regulations and with the stock cat on you might be within the noise requirement as well.

Well my guess would be either you drive it a little harder (aka higher rpms, therefore louder), or your friend is just lucky/you unlucky.

Why do some people get to "enjoy" a stop-and-frisk once a month while others have never had the "pleasure"?

These are good questions ... but not for a technical thread on this site. You can chat about it in Off-Topic or Huffpo or RedState or anywhere else that politics is OK. But we're not talking about you vs your friend here.
