I know it's not an evo, but I thought maybe the issue could be the same. My car has been over heating due to the right/passenger side fan not turning on. I tested the fan by hooking directly to the battery and it does spin. I replaced the fan control module and it still doesn't come on. I don't think it would be a fuse or fan relay issue since the same fuse/relay controls the power to both fans on the same line.

Anyone else ever had this issue? I replaced the thermostat first thinking that was the problem and moved onto the fan when my temperature problems didn't get any better.
