Good price for EVO X GSR
Hello there! So I'm just trying to do my research before I end up buying my EVO X in Feb. Just a little back round info. I live in Toronto and am willing to go to Montreal area to pick up the car.
So what truly is a good price for an EVO X GSR? I'm currently looking into a 2008 EVO X GSR that's modified. Auto trader doesn't seem to have anything good for my budget (26k under). I have found multiple cars at Ottawa/Quebec/Montreal dealerships & privately owned on Kijiji as well. I've also been warned in a previous post to take EXTREME CAUTION when buying from The Quebec & Montreal area.
So how is the car valued? I know year, condition, mods all come into effect.
Here are a few cars I've been looking at:
http://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details....teLocale=fr_CA ( 2011 EVO X GSR - Favorite right now
http://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details....dId=1095085731 (2008 EVO X GSR - Needs work)
http://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details....dId=1093806580 (2008 EVO X GSR - FULL STOCK & Closest to my area)
http://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details....dId=1092325821 (2008 EVO X GSR - Cheapest one I'm looking at)
Obviously Mods and changes will be done to the car I get. But these are the one's I'm looking at presently.
Thanks for the help once again!

A car that's been in an accident and was fixed right is better than a car that wasn't. Why? Well, assuming you know it was fixed right (good documentation, reputable shop, etc) the parts that broke are now brand new. The unibody was probably realigned - the laser ones some shops use will get it better than the factory spec usually. And best of all, due to the negative stereotype of cars in accidents being bad you can usually get it cheaper. I've seen multi accident cars outlast cars that were never even scratched: Pristine bodies, no body work ever done, but with blown motor, failed transmissions, etc.

If you're getting a car that's been in an accident, I'd suggest getting a bunch of pics of the damage prior to the repair so you know what areas to scrutinize when looking over the car.
I'm looking for a salvage Evo X to repair at the moment. If its done properly, you shouldn't have any issues.
