Is hks hi power dual exhaust legal in CA ?
Hello guys
I am new here, these days I am trying to upgrade my exhaust system. I like HKS Hi-Power Dual cat back, but not sure if crop will stop me and give me ticket
I live in CA

Do cops in California actually carry the tools necessary to test how loud exhaust is? I think if you stay with stock cats, you'd probably be fine
