Tips on pistons, rods, and crank setup for an Evo X newb?

Evo X Veterans,

I have my 15' FE for a year now, and i'm itching to create more power from my Evo. Does anyone have any tips/recommendation for internal kits? I've been browsing on this forum and done quite a few Googling and haven't found the right answer I'm looking for.

For this build, I have a 2008 Evo x block which was pulled from a blown motor. I have not checked if the block is still any good, but it should still be good/usable. one of the rod bearing broke under normal driving condition due to an oil leak that led to poor lubrication, or at least that's what the Mitsubishi tech said. anyway, long story short, the car got a new block replaced, and I ended up with this extra block laying in the garage.

Goal is 500-600 HP when the motor is fully built and rev limit of 9k.

Currently all stock with about 8800 miles and planning to run a built bottom end, stock head, and bolt ons with a custom tune.

Care to share any recommendation on what internal kits to get for my setup or what's currently running on your Evo?

Thanks in advance Evo Tuners!
