replacing alternator belt?

my alternator belt snapped and i was trying to figure out what size each of the bolts on the pulleys is. i have a 2003 lancer es
i know the first bolt i need to take off is in the front left pulley facing the passenger tire, and the second one i need to take off is connected to the frame in the back close to the cab, facing forward. but thats all i know so i was hoping to obtain a bit more information on just how i should go about this, ive never replaced a belt so this is a first for me

thanks!

You should have some type of tensioner on it. You should not have to take pulley's off to change a drive belt.

Update guys:
I have searched and searched on the web for pictures as to where my tensioner bolt is located. As I have said before, this is the first time I have really done anything on my car.. If someone would be willing to point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help guys!

both the 1.6l or 2.0l you have to loosen the power steering pump and remove that belt first them loosen bottom mounting bolt on altenator just alittle and loosen top bolt on upper altenator bracket and loosen long bolt that goes trough the bracket, install belt and tighten long bolt to tension belt and tighten short bolt on upper bracket then tighten lower mount bolt and nut, dont forget this step or nut will eventually fall off and could cause lower bolt to back out. then put p/s belt back on and use prybar to tighten belt and then tighten pump mounting bolts.
