Hey guys so my issue with my Evo X is I had an aftermarket intake (no idea on
brand or anything as I didn't put it on there and it didn't really have any markings to id it) on it when I bought it here in California but it failed the visual inspection for smog (surprise surprise) I grabbed a used OEM one but realized I only got the housing for it and not the full pipe and everything so I bought an AEM one instead.

So then I ran into some new issues. I didn't have the air cleaner mount bracket in the car so I ordered one and what I thought was the correct bolts but they weren't the right bolts so does anyone know which bolts are needed for this?

nevermind found out its just 4 12mm bolts.

So now on to the install. Also will be selling off my older AMS intake system that was on the car previously.

So to clarify, does the AEM intake pass the visual inspection or did you put the stock on in for inspection and then replace it with the AEM one afterwards?

The AEM one is carb legal in California and comes with a sticker for the emissions inspector. I haven't brought it in yet as I am still trying to find bolts that will fit the intake mount and then I'll have it looked at but it shouldn't be an issue any longer.

Need a part number. Anyone have a link or a part number for the pcv valve that goes into the intake?
