T1R shift boot and knob install

Finally came today, so I went ahead and threw it in. Enjoy

looks real good man. why does it looks like the boot is filled with air though??

ive seen this setup go for $150 shipped, not to bad.

glad I didnt order that...It doesnt match any of the other black shades in the car. Looks very out of place although I like the white stitching to match the steering wheel.

i have the exact same setup, but i dont really notice the color difference of the black shift boot in person.

the shift knob is a joy to use though, takes away the clunkiness of shifting.

I think it's just due to the camera flash

Looks fine under normal light

I have this boot also and I can confirm that it matches fine with the interior under normal lighting conditions. The camera flash must have made it look weird.

The nob doesn't match anything else on the interior.

the stock leather boot or whatever it is looks cheap to me.. i would prefer this a lot more

Ya I was shocked how just a little heavier knob made shifting effortless now.
