Work wheel Evo confusion

I really need some help. I'm getting conflicting information regarding a setup I want to put on my Evo. Stock brakes, stock suspension and stock fenders. I want to put this setup on her WITH OUT rolling my fenders:

Work Emotion CR Ultimate wheel 18x9.5 5-114 with a +20 offset, combined with
255/35/18 tires

I have two vendors saying this setup will work perfectly with my stock setup and no rubbing, but today Work wheels said:

"This fitment would not work on your vehicle. The wheels and tires would
protrude out beyond your fenders (Front& Rear)."

Can anyone help.. Will this work or not? I'm very confused. Thanks

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that they will work. Only because I had RPF1's in that size but my offset is +15. I was also lowered on Swift Spec R and only rubbed when I had a 4 adults and a packed trunk.

Wheel and tire setup

Not sure if this info would help. I have the same wheels in the Gt Silver w/245/40's on stock suspension for my 11' MR. The fronts rub when taking a full turn on the inner wheel well, maybe cause I have 40's and not 35's. The tires I currently have are cheepo tires. The rears stick out a hair and the fronts sit almost flush. My 245's are just barely stretched. Once I get the coilovers I'll roll the rear fenders

I think you'll be close but fine, if you lower the car you may look into getting the fenders rolled.

Hope this info helps

I don't think you will have any issues with that wheel.

They will fit, I have the work xt7 in that spec and I had a slight rub on 265's and no rub on 245's. I am also pretty low on coilovers.

Both the comments are correct. It will work and the wheels / tyres will stick out past the guards.
They will stick out at stock ride height. If you lower the car the wheels will tuck in under guards.

I have the 18x10.5+22 CR ultimates with 275/35 18 MPSS all around. I had previously modified my inner front fender liners to alleviate a bit of rubbing when I was running stock rims with stock sized tires and 25mm spacers. I trimmed some material from the vents in front of the wheel and also used a heat gun, mallet, and a wet towel to push in the liner area near the rear of the front wheel. My front fenders themselves are unmodified. My rears are rolled (it was easy), but the 275 tires are pretty narrow for the 10.5" rim and that probably wasn't necessary. I'm lowered (but not really aggressively) on coilovers.

I also previously ran 265/35 hancook RS2's on rota 18x9.5 rims with a 18-22 offset (can't remember) and had no issues at stock height (this was before any fender liner mods).

I really don't think you will have any problems other than possible liner rubbing in the front... and that's super easy to fix and it's plastic so you don't have to worry about screwing up paint.

Edit: added some pictures for reference... hope they help

I currently have 18x9.5 with a +15 offset which would stick out 5 mm more than the wheels you're looking at, I did rub but I got a wheel alignment with about 3 degree camber and rolled the rear fenders and haven't had a problem

I'm running works cr kai in the same specs with michelin pss in 265/35 and only rub slightly at full lock on the inner liner so i see no reason why these wouldn't fit.
