Assuming I still want to use this rim it looks like I need a spacer and the rim needs 1.5 inches further out to clear the front caliper. Does this mean I need a 38 mm spacer? This seems impossible.

The car is up on stands, it has the stock right now, but by the end of the week Ohlins mI110.
The rim doesn't even have the tire on it yet, I'm gonna take the stock tire off and put it on the new rim. There's only 400 miles on the car.

What suspension is on the car has absolutely nothing to do with caliper clearance. Only thing that matters is are the spoke of the wheel designed to clear the big brembo caliper.
OP, if it looks like you need that large of a spacer, you prob need to get a different wheel.
