It's no longer available. My order with CafePress was cancelled today, and I got an email saying this: "Dear Cafepress Customer,

They aren't answering their phone, but I left a nasty email surrounding this. I'm not happy at all. It took them almost 6 months to get a check out for last year's calendar after the payment was lost (finally received it about a week ago), and now they're saying all of the photos are flagged for content usage issues.

Ok everyone, so sorry about that. Everything is back to normal after my complaint. They said if they receive any complaints about the photos and content usage rights with the associated companies, they will take it down again. We haven't had issues in the past, so I doubt we'll have any moving forward.
