Random Shut-Off???
Ok I have a Greddy type S BOV recirc into an AEM short ram intake... THe car idles perfect at 900 most of the time, but sometimes, when i drive it, it'll WANT to stall (oil light, abs, etc... lights come on) then suddenly all the lights turn off and the needle jumps back up to around 900, but sometimes, the car will just shut off out of nowhere. Like today for example... i pull into a lot full of riced up hondas and my car just shut off...i was approaching a dip so i hold the clutch in 1st gear and the car just shut off, how embarassing. Anyways, im guessing i need to tune my BOV, but dont know how exactly. How do i base how many times i turn the knob on my bov?

You car is patically flooding... My guess is the BOVs is open at idle.
Flooding is a pain in the a$$ as you will need to pull the sparkies and re-place them as they will have a lovely coating of burnt carbon/fuel all over them.
Possible you have some sort of air leak after the Air Flow Meter and are getting un-metered air into the engine and hence using more fuel to compensate and then bam flooded.
Check for intake leaks.
Umm, you can't really "tune" a air purge valve (BOV) that's just it...it purges air... not tunable
