Thinking of painting my enkei rims color choice (help)
I have a tarmic black evo I am thinking of painting my rims either black with red line in outer circle in the middle black just like ralli art rims I saw someone who did this looked really cool the 2nd choice is painting them bronze any thoughts ideas are accepted thanks in advance.

ill be painting mine as well. ill be going with a metallic black as my car is gg.. i think you should do a charcoal gray of some shade.. black might look pretty sharp too, but a slight contrast with a dark gray would look pretty good i think.. im not a fan of wheel striping though. to each his own.

oh and just to clear.. i say go with the black and red lip. looks sick.. i got bronze on my GG evo and i like it.. but i think black and red lip on GG would look weird.. but TB.. sick..

Thanks guys!!! And to think I thought I rushed and it came out like crap.. haha I chose to do all paint.. No need to worry about a red sticker coming off at the car wash! Just a tip... If you choose to do red, blue or whatever color lip.. First use white primer on the lip area.. Makes the color stand out.. You spray blue for a lip over black, youll just be wasting your time with a midnight blue lip that nobody can see.. Post up pics if you get the courage to paint your wheels!

You say you rushed? What did you do as far as prep? My concern is the clear coat on the enkeis.I dont want to be sanding each wheel for hours.If there is an easier way like a stripper or some awesome primer thatll be ok to just spray on Id do this all in a days work
